The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market
(Trade Marks and Designs – OHIM is receiving comments
on the Community Trademark Draft Examination Guidelines
document up to 30.sep.2006.
In the meantime amendments
to practice that are reflected in the draft will be
applied by examiners.
The process of
formal adoption of revisions of the guidelines will
be finalised in 2007.
