- New trademark directives

Aiming at harmonizing
trademark decisions, in order to confer transparency
to the administrative procedures of the Trademark Department,
the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property
(INPI) has published on the Industrial Property Gazette
(RPI) no. 2086, of 28.Dec.2010, Resolution nº 260/2010,
which sanctioned the Trademark Directives.
