Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The city of Curitiba (Paraná-Brazil) will have
exclusive competence and jurisdiction to resolve any
queries arising from these Terms and Conditions of Use,
which will be ruled and construed according to the Brazilian
laws. ABREU, MERKL is entitled, if necessary, to take
judicial or extra judicial action before any natural
person or legal entity in foreign countries in order
to protect its interests or reinforce its rights.
