Tax Incentives for Innovation in the Companies
The Institute of Technology
for Development (LACTEC) fostered, on 16.Sep.2009, on
its premises in Curitiba, Paraná state, the Seminar
“Tax Incentives for Innovation in the Companies
- The Good Law - Benefits and Applications”.
The use of the benefits provided for in the Good Law
(Law no. 11.195/2005) and in the Innovation Law (Law
no. 10.973/2004) was the focus of the lectures given
by a business advisor, a tax auditor and the illustrious
Director General of Industrial Technology Policy of
the Brazilian Ministry of Science and Technology (MCT),
each bringing to the attendees a distinct perspective
of the theme. At the end, entrepreneurs talked about
the successful outcomes in applying the benefits to
their businesses.

Michelato and the law intern Luís Henrique Rocha
