China Trademark Annual Meeting
This year’s
edition of the China Trademark Annual Meeting, which
was held in the city of Xining, Qinghai Province, northwest
China, focused on the promotion of trademark strategy.
The event took place between 31.Aug.-02.Sep.2010 and
had lectures from organizations such as the China Trademark
Association CTA, the United States Patent and Trademark
Office – USPTO, the Office for Harmonization in
the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs), among
others.
Due to China’s strong trademark activity in Brazil,
and aiming to give prestige to this important commercial
partner, ABREU, MERKL sent the Attorney-at-Law Cassiano
Golos Teixeira, who attended the event also representing
the Brazilian National Association of Intellectual Property
– ABPI.
