to begin in Curitiba
The Licensing Executives
Society (LES), founded in 1965, has as its core purpose
to provide support for those professionals who dedicate
themselves to activities of research collaboration and
technology transfer, and for those who do business involving
patents, trade secrets and other forms of intellectual
property, providing its members with opportunities to
meet in order to exchange knowledge and ideas and stimulate
a high level of professionalism in said activities.
Currently with over
10,000 members, LES has been dedicating itself in disseminating
research collaboration and technology transfer by fostering
renowned courses on Intellectual Property Licensing
and Negotiation.
In a pioneer collaboration
between the Paraná Technology Innovation Center
and LES, promoted by the Attorney-at-Law and Industrial
Property Agent Maria Inez Abreu, three important courses
will take place, in the city of Curitiba, on the premisses
of the Paraná Agency of Industrial Property (APPI),
a branch of the Paraná Institute of Technology
(TECPAR), namely:

13.Aug.2010 - Course LES 103 “Closing the Business
