5th Regional Meeting
The Brazilian Association
of Industrial Property Agents South Regional (ABAPISUL)
is fostering its 5th Regional Meeting, between 19-21.Mar.2010,
in Florianopolis, Santa Catarina state.
This year the program was under the responsibility
of the Attorney-at-Law and Industrial Property Agent,
Maria Inez A. de Abreu, and will feature panels of interest
to all those working in the field, ranging from the
“Evaluation of Intangible Assets and Quantum of
Damages Assessment”, “Amendments in Patenting
Processes”, “Industrial Designs: Procedures
for Obtaining Recognition from the Judiciary”,
to the analysis of alternatives for trademark protection
abroad in the panel entitled “European Community
Trademark x Madrid Protocol x National Trademark Application
– Which one to select?”.
