Property within the Offices of the Federal Attorneys
In a first of its
kind partnership with the Federal University of Paraná,
the Association of Industrial Property Agents South
Regional (ABAPI - ABAPISUL) will be fostering on 09-12.Nov.09,
in Curitiba, Paraná state, the “Workshop
Intellectual Property within the Offices of the Federal
Attorneys”, which is under the coordination of
the Attorney-at-Law and Industrial Property Agent Maria
Inez A. de Abreu, also Director for the state of Paraná
of the Association.
The course is directed to the Federal Attorneys and
members of the Office of the Union’s Attorney-General,
who are responsible for the counseling and litigation
involving contracts of technology transfer of the developments
generated within the Federal and Technological Federal
Universities of Paraná (UFPR and UTFPR, respectively),
but it will also be open to ABAPI - ABAPISUL members.
