ABREU, MERKL at the Opening of ABAPI’s Course
On
26.Apr.2008, the “1st Industrial Property Training
Course” held in Santa Catarina kicks off, organized
by the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property
Agents (ABAPI).
The course, which will
last for four months and take place at UNIVALI’s
Campus – University of the Itajaí Valley,
will count with classes given by the Attorney-at-Law
and Intellectual Property Agent, Maria Inez A. de Abreu,
about the rights of inventors, approaching important
issues like the legal treatment of industrial creations
developed during an employment contract.
